Description

You can also use boneless.

I never measure out anything, but I will do my best and tell you how much.
-you will need-
1 cup of milk and 2 eggs
2 cups of flour
Old Bay Seasoning
Cajun seasoning
Butt Rub
Salad Supreme Seasoning
_________________________
First thing is take two eggs and 1 cup of milk and stir in a bowl
til eggs are beaten.
Take your pork chop and soak in the bowl for a few seconds or however long you prefer
In separate bowl add flour and add (a deep plastic bowl with a lid works great)
2 tbs. of Old Bay
2 tbs. of Cajun Seasoning
2 tbs. of butt rub
1 tbs. of Salad Supreme.
Shake or stir seasoning in flour well. Add pork chop and put lid on container and shake the hell out of it lol, this way you know it has enough flour.

Add just enough Canola Oil in the pan so that the pork chops aren't covered. Make sure your grease is hot enough. To test it add a touch of flour to it. If it sizzles and fades then you know its ready.
Heat should be about med. high.
Cook for abut 7 or 8 minuets. Take a fork and flip it over. Turn heat down to med. Try to reposition the pork chops so they get cooked evenly. Cook several more minuets and turn over again. You must be the judge to make sure they are done or are not over-cooked. Make sure the juices run clear. That's it. You are done. Enjoy!
