One of my absolute favorites, best served with rice!
You will need
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/3 to 1/2 Flour
3/4 c. Milk
1 to 2 TLB of sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes
Put 2 cans of diced tomatoes in med. pot. Don't drain the juice.
heat on med. high until hot.
Turn stove down to med.
Add pepper and 2 beef flavored bullion cubes and sugar.
I normally just use a giant coffee mug for this part
Add flour to milk and stir until you can see no lumps.
Pour flour mixture in tomatoes slowly while stirring. Keep stirring until smooth. You might have to add some water if it gets to thick. Let them cook on low, about 10 minutes. Stir some.
