Fried and Baked Taters

So what do you do with your left over baked potatoes?. Dont throw them out because the can be reused to make french fries or tator logs whatever you wanna call em.

You will need to slice them horizontaly. ( like MacDonald's or something)
Take about 2 cups of flour, or depending on how many baked taters you have.

If you prefer you can add your seasoning in with the flour, such as some old bay or seasoning salt, use a 1 tbs full, and add too flour.

What i like to do is take bowl with a lid, i usually use old butter bowls or something and put the sliced taters in the bowl with the flour and shake the hell out of them!!

Then add them to the grease and when they get golden brown enjoy!
